Sara Shelton found her passion in helping others achieve their goals.  Be it designing and delivering corporate training, partnering with leaders to inspire and lead colleagues through difficult times, accelerating teams from forming to performing, revamping performance management systems to focus on developing the employee, Sara is preternaturally focused on the combination of passion and potential.

Her own non-traditional professional path has enabled her to help others identify and take advantage of the pivot points in their careers. She has spoken across the country on leading others and navigating change in the workplace.  

When not coaching or working as an HR executive, you will find Sara traveling, reading, writing, or spending time with family and furry pets in Richmond VA.
